We at Vaikuntha Yoga Shala strive to make age old traditional yoga practices reach modern day seekers. Practicing Yoga as an effective tool to bridge the gap between body and mind, helping to reach the desired goal of wellbeing.
Vaikuntha, is the Supreme Abode and State of Mind where one is free from misery, pain and material longings. It is a state of harmony which can be attainted by seizing external and internal stimulus. I am doing yoga with Meera for more than year, its been great experience, I have always heard about the benefits of yoga but never experienced them. I feel fit and healthy. I’ve been practicing Online Yoga with Meera for over 2 years, can feel noticeable difference in my flexibility and strength. Pranayama practice, induce a sense of calmness in my mind space. Can observe positive change in my mind and body.
